Pineapple Glazed Ham

​A simple glazed ham makes a quick and filling main dish for dinner. Just add a potato, vegetable and you’ve got a meal.
​Place a fully cooked ham in baking pan and pop into a 325° F oven.

​While the ham is cooking make the glaze. Stir together crushed pineapple, peach or apricot jam, and vinegar. Pop in the microwave to melt jam.

​About 15 minutes before ham is done pour pineapple mix over ham. Save some for serving. Return ham with glaze to oven to finish.

Pineapple Glazed Ham
2 lbs cooked sliced or spiral cut ham
8 oz can crushed pineapple
¼ Cup peach or apricot jam
1 Tbs white vinegar (Peach Balsamic is delicious is you have some)
 
Place ham in baking pan Bake at 325° F for about 30-40 min. Stir pineapple, jam, and vinegar together in a medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for about 1 min to melt jam. About 15 minutes before ham is done, remove ham from oven; pour glaze over top and into crevices of ham slices. Return to oven for 15 minutes. Serve with reserved glaze.
